Producers at Work (PaW) was founded in October 2005 by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG (74,9%) and producer Christian Popp (25,1%). PaW is part of the Red Arrow Entertainment Group GmbH (a ProSiebenSat.1 Group company).

Producers at Work develops and produces fictional series formats, specializing in studio production and fictional television formats. Since October 2009, PaW has expanded its production activities to include non-fiction programs. PAW dox is led by Ralf Reibiger. The combined development and production know-how of PaW and PAW dox not only facilitates the realization of docu-fiction formats, but also meets the increasing demand for factual entertainment and docu-soaps. With the launch of Magic Flight Film in December 2009, Producers at Work has introduced its own label for the development and production of high-quality TV movies and film events. Christian Rohde and Prof. Franziska Buch have taken over the management of the new company which is located in Munich and Berlin.
