Together with SevenOne Intermedia and SevenSenses, MM MerchandisingMedia is part of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG’s Diversification segment. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group has consolidated its merchandising operations at MM MerchandisingMedia GmbH, one of Europe’s largest licensing agencies. The company also oversees the Group’s teleshopping activities and its music business.

MM MerchandisingMedia is a full-service agency, covering the value chain in merchandising – from acquiring corollary licensing rights to selling products and services to consumers and viewers. The company develops new license brands, smoothes access to appropriate licensed materials, and assists with design and implementation.

Portfolio

In addition to the station brands Sat.1, ProSieben, kabel eins, N24, 9Live and program brands like “Galileo” and "Germany´s Next Topmodel" the company also acts as an independent licensing and service agency, representing a portfolio of rights for such favorites as “my little Murphy®” and “FIT FOR FUN“. Additionally, ArtMerchandising & Media AG, a subsidiary of MM MerchandisingMedia, holds the collateral rights to the works of world renowned visual artists from both the past and the present.
