The strength of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group lies in the fact that everyone here works in concert: editors, producers and camera operators, graphic artists and software developers, marketing and PR executives, sales executives, auditors and lawyers. No matter whether they’re in programming production or controlling, they all have one thing in common: a passion for television as a medium.

It’s the professionalism, creativity and dedication of our employees that guarantees the ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s success against its competitors. Our employees are the ones who detect emerging trends and put innovative ideas into action, who keep us always in the forefront – whether we’re talking about programming concepts or solutions for the digital age.

To ensure a steady stream of new generations of well-qualified employees, each year the ProSiebenSat.1 Group trains about 60 volunteers and 40 formal apprentices at its two sites in Unterföhring and Berlin. We also provide both financial and content support for such institutions as the Bavarian Advertising and Marketing Academy in Unterföhring, the Academy of Media Design in Cologne, and the Central German Television Academy in Halle.
