Procurement Organization
Corporate Procurement designs and manages all strategic and operational procurement processes in order to cover the requirements of ProSiebenSat.1 Group most effectively on an individual basis and in a customer and value-oriented manner.
We are responsible for procuring products and services for the whole of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and its subsidiaries. In this process we attach importance to obtaining optimum conditions, meeting quality requirements and delivery times, minimizing risks, and adhering to ethical and ecological principles.
We ensure the procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently using targeted methods and modern procurement tools.
We employ a structured, Group-wide supplier management system to assess supplier relationships objectively, as well as manage and develop them.

To cover all requirements for products and services under optimum conditions, Corporate Procurement operates in accordance with the following guidelines:

Supplier Code of Conduct
ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as well as all directly or indirectly affiliated companies under Sections 15 et seq. of the German Corporation Act (here-inafter referred to as "ProSiebenSat.1") are committed to comply with internationally recognized standards for responsible corporate governance.

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase
The following terms and conditions of purchase apply to all orders. Any contrary terms and conditions of business of the supplier or service provider shall not apply unless we have expressly recognized them in writing. Any objection to our terms and conditions of purchase must be made immediately, explicitly and in writing; printed terms and conditions of business or notices on standard forms shall not be deemed to be valid objections. For the provision of services and work services, the General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Services and Work Services of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group (Service Purchasing Terms) shall apply.

For the provision of information technology-related services (IT Services), the General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of IT Services of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group (IT T&C) shall apply.
General Terms and Conditions for Constructions (Document available only in German)
