How e-invoicing works
1. You can participate in electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) once you have registered with our Invoice Receipt Team.
2. As a participant in our e-invoicing system, you can send invoices in PDF format directly to the e-invoicing inbox of the relevant company.
3. In order to guarantee an efficient e-invoicing process, please follow our electronic invoicing guidelines.
How do I use e-invoicing?
1. If you are interested in our e-invoicing process, please contact our Invoice Receipt Team (InvoiceAdmin@prosiebensat1.com)
2. Our Invoice Receipt Team will guide you through the registration process and send you confirmation once it is complete
3. Ascertainment of the e-invoicing inbox of the relevant company
4. Supplier sends electronic invoices in PDF format
