Major Licensing Deal! ProSiebenSat.1 and Paramount Global Content Licensing Seal Major Film and Series Deal

Unterföhring, September 10, 2026. ProSiebenSat.1 is further expanding its content licensing agreement with Paramount Global Content Licensing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The new licensing agreement secures exclusive first-run series for the ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s free-TV channels and Joyn, including the third season of "Navy CIS: Origins" and, for the first time on Joyn, "FBI: International." In addition, the Group will show a total of 1,372 episodes of library series on Joyn, including "Beverly Hills, 90210," "Scorpion," "The Good Wife," "Bull," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Blue Bloods," and "Elementary." Furthermore, the new deal includes extensive kids’ content with 1,200 episodes from the Nickelodeon universe, featuring "Victorious," "Zoey 101," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," and "Rugrats." It also features 26 horror blockbusters for Halloween, including "Friday the 13th" and the "Hellraiser" film series.

Henrik Pabst, Chief Content Officer of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group: "The new content deal with Paramount Content Licensing offers our viewers a wide range of entertainment and benefits all of our business segments. We’re also expanding our kids’ content for Joyn with 1,200 episodes. This allows us to deliver Paramount’s content optimally and precisely across all platforms."

Don McGregor, President of Global Content Licensing at Paramount: "This agreement reflects the strength and breadth of our content portfolio, which covers various genres and target audiences. ProSiebenSat.1 has always been a valued partner, and we are pleased to deepen this collaboration with an agreement that encompasses multiple platforms and business areas. We are eager to see how our titles will be received by audiences throughout the region."
