ProSiebenSat.1 and Telekom to extend their IPTV agreement

Starting March 1, Telekom’s TV service Entertain will offer ProSieben, SAT.1, sixx and kabel eins programs in HD
Cooperation in the area of TV and mobile offerings to be extended

Unterföhring, February 29, 2012.The ProSiebenSat.1 Group and Telekom Deutschland GmbH will extend their IPTV agreement, thereby securing the long-term distribution of paid-TV channels and broadcasting of free-TV channels in SD quality via the telecommunications provider's DSL cable network. Furthermore, Telekom's customers will also be able to receive ProSieben, SAT.1, kabel eins und sixx in HD, as of March 1, 2012. Telekom's TV service is marketed under the brand name "Entertain." The agreement also provides for the continuation of the mobile distribution of selected TV programs of the TV stations ProSieben, SAT.1, and kabel eins through Telekom's mobile TV service. Telekom will announce details concerning its product offering today.
