April 2011: ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland substantial gains in audience shares

Unterföhring, May 1, 2011. The TV stations of ProSiebenSat.1 Group SAT.1, ProSieben, kabel eins and sixx closed out April with an audience share of 28.9 percent, a gain of 1.0 percentage point compared to March 2011.

The station-by-station details:
SAT.1 reported substantial gains, earning a monthly audience share of 11.2 percent (+0.6 percentage points over the previous month). ProSieben earned an 11.7 percent audience share (+0.4 percentage points over the previous month), sixx earned a 0.3 percent audience share (+0,1 percentage points over the previous month and, at 1.0 percent on Easter Monday, the best daily share since the ratings have been recorded starting in February 2011) and kabel eins earned a monthly market share of 5.7 percent.
