Munich, September 26, 2005. Following the successful integration of Euvia Media into the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, Christiane zu Salm, 38, will be leaving the company on excellent terms with the Group. Hence, Marcus Wolter, 37, is to head the management of 9Live Fernsehen AG & Co. KG. He has been in charge of operations at quiz station 9Live since 2003. An additional managing director of 9Live Fernsehen AG & Co. KG will be Conrad Albert, 37, formerly head of legal and business affairs at Euvia Media. Albert will take over the job of managing director of 9Live in addition to his function as head of diversification within the legal affairs department of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group.

Said Guillaume de Posch, CEO of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group: Christiane zu Salm is a true entrepreneur. Within a very short time, she has been able to establish an innovative business model in the media sector and make a success of it. For that we owe her a great debt of thanks. I wish her all the best and every success in her future projects. I am pleased to see that with Marcus Wolter, 9Live will be in good hands, and I am sure that he will continue the stations success story.

Christiane zu Salm: I am very happy that the two stations I founded have been integrated into a new environment that will be the basis for further growth and success. In particular, the success of 9Live demonstrates that innovation is always worthwile. I want to thank my staff for its pioneering spirit and consistency. I wish them lots of courage, luck and success.

During the past few weeks, quiz station 9Live has been integrated into the ProSiebenSat.1 Groups Diversification segment. On the basis of limited synergies with the Groups other activities, travel sales station, sonnenklar TV, was sold to travel vendor BigXtra last week. Euvia Media AG & Co. KG will cease to exist as a management and investment holding company for transaction television.

Effective June 1, 2005, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG had acquired an additional 51.6 percent of Euvia Media AG & Co. KG. Of this figure, 48.6 percent belonged to H.O.T. Networks GmbH i.L., and 3.0 percent to Euvia Media CEO Christiane zu Salm. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group now holds all of Euvia Media.

Euvia Media AG & Co. KG up to now is a management and investment holding company for transaction television. It operates the interactive entertainment channels 9Live, Germanys first quiz channel, and sonnenklar TV, which specializes in travel sales. Euvia Media was the first operator in the German TV market to employ the transaction television business model, which relies mainly on viewer participation for funding.
