Sale of C More closed
Munich, December 2, 2008. The share purchase agreement between ProSiebenSat.1 and TV4 for the sale of the Scandinavian pay TV division C More was closed today. On June 16, 2008, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group had signed the respective share purchase agreement with TV4 AB, part of the Swedish Bonnier Group.
A 60-person in-house newsroom has been established for ProSieben, SAT.1, Kabel Eins and all digital platforms. This will be bundled alongside the existing magazine editorial teams under the umbrella of the Seven.One Entertainment Group.
Successful premiere: Since September 30, ProSiebenSat.1 has been broadcasting its news from one of Europe's most modern news studios.
15 minutes of prime-time airtime for Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, who won their show "Joko & Klaas vs. ProSieben" against the most famous ProSieben station faces.
