Sale of C More closed
Munich, December 2, 2008. The share purchase agreement between ProSiebenSat.1 and TV4 for the sale of the Scandinavian pay TV division C More was closed today. On June 16, 2008, the ProSiebenSat.1 Group had signed the respective share purchase agreement with TV4 AB, part of the Swedish Bonnier Group.
