Youtube Exec Bailey Rosser joins Ripple Entertainment to launch multi-platform video networks
LOS ANGELES, February 16, 2016. Ripple Entertainment, the digital media company from Red Arrow Entertainment Group, has hired Bailey Rosser as VP, Content Strategy & Audience Development. Rosser was most recently Audience Development Strategist at YouTube Space LA. Prior to that position, she spent 2 years at Google, working as an Adwords strategist. “Bailey's deep experience with the Adwords product and YouTube strategy are a perfect fit for our data-driven approach to content and marketing. We couldn't be more excited to have such a strong professional and cultural addition to our team,” said Jason Ziemianski, CRO of Ripple. Rosser’s hire follows that of Katie Peck, who joined Ripple in November 2015 as SVP Production and Operations. Katie was formerly Executive in Charge of Production at Tiny Riot, Fremantle’s digital content studio. She started her career at MTV as a production manager and producer, before moving to 3 Ball Entertainment where she worked on Extreme Makeover, Weight Loss Edition. She later joined Eye Boogie to launch their original YouTube funded channel. Other recent hires at Ripple include Desiree Mandelbaum, Head of Talent Development. Desiree was most recently at NBC Peacock Productions.
