Congratulations! Four Blaue Panther-Awards for the ProSiebenSat.1 Group

Munich, 21 May 2010. ProSiebenSat.1 TV productions have tamed four Blaue Panther (Blue Panthers). The prestigious Bavarian Television Awards were held this evening:
Exceptional entertainer and ProSieben star Stefan Raab received the Blauen Panther in the Entertainment Programmes category as the initiator and head of the jury for Unser Star für Oslo, a co-production of ProSieben and ARD.
There were also two prizes for the SAT.1 film Allein unter Schülern: Nina Gummich received the Rising Star prize for her incredible truthfulness in dramatic moments (excerpt from jury statement) and writer Carolin Hecht for her balance between relevant narrative style and humorous dialogue (excerpt from jury statement).
In the TV Series and Mini-series category, the jury voted Annette Frier as Best Actress with her leading role in the successful SAT.1 in-house series Danni Lowinski.

And there will soon be more to come in production terms following the fantastic Allein unter Schülern: filming for the next (third) part Allein unter Müttern starts in mid-June. Once again, the writer is Carolin Hecht and Nina Gummich is again playing one of the three daughters of Hannes Jaenicke.

The Bavarian Television Awards were held once again this year in the Prinzregententheater in Munich for the 22nd time. The Blaue Panther is one of Germany's most prestigious TV awards, with a total prize fund of 160,000 euros. The confident and entertaining host of this glamorous event is Kai Pflaume.
