Henrik Ravn Returns to ProSiebenSat.1

COO und CCO of the Broadcasting German-speaking segment

Munich, February 26, 2015. On May 1, 2015, Henrik Ravn (52) will take up the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG's Broadcasting German-speaking segment. As well as coordinating development questions in the core business of free TV, he will also promote new pay and distribution initiatives. Alongside the free TV stations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and their marketing, the Broadcasting German-speaking segment also includes the business of distributing the Group's HD and pay TV stations. Ravn will report to the CEO Thomas Ebeling. This will not affect the areas of responsibility of Wolfgang Link, Head of the Management Board of ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland, and Thomas Wagner, Head of the Management Board of the marketing subsidiary SevenOne Media. Both will also continue to report to Thomas Ebeling. Thomas Ebeling, CEO at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG: "I am delighted that we have brought Henrik Ravn, a proven TV expert, back into our company. As CEO, Henrik Ravn already managed very successfully the Northern European business of ProSiebenSat.1 from 2009 to 2013. Lately, he was President & Managing Director Nordic at SBS Discovery Media. Furthermore, Ravn worked as CEO at SBS TV Denmark for several years. He holds a MBA in Sales and Marketing of Århus Business School (Denmark) and of San Francisco State University (USA). Contact:
