ProSiebenSat.1 and Constantin Film Conclude New Master License Agreement

Munich, June 27, 2013. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG will continue its long-time, successful cooperation with Constantin Film in the coming years. The new master license agreement comprises the exclusive free TV and VoD rights for all national and international in-house and co-productions of Constantin Film with production start as of early 2013. ProSiebenSat.1 has also acquired exclusive pay-TV rights for further selected productions. The agreement covers highly anticipated theatrical features such as the 3D action-adventure Pompeii with Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) and the sci-fi horror Resident Evil 6. The package also includes the planned comic-action movie Fantastic Four 3 as well as the romantic comedy Love, Rosie which is still in production and based on the bestselling novel "Where Rainbows End" by Cecelia Ahern. Further highlights include the film adaptation of The Mortal Instruments - City of Ashes, the second part of the bestselling series from Cassandra Clare, Bora Dagtekin's (Turkish for Beginners) newest comedy Fack Ju Göhte, as well as Famous Five 3. The rights include TV exploitation rights in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
