ProSiebenSat.1 and Zalando agree strategic cooperation for audience driven advertising
Cooperation opens up new targeting opportunities for advertising customers on premium market

Cooperation agreement between ProSiebenSat.1 and Zalando open to other inventory and data partners
Berlin/Unterföhring, January 19, 2017. Zalando, Europe’s leading online fashion platform, and ProSiebenSat.1 Group, one of the largest independent media companies in Europe, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. On the basis on the digital inventory of ProSiebenSat.1 and the anonymized Premium Audience segments provided by Zalando’s advertising unit Zalando Media Solutions, the partners will offer the advertising industry tailored targeting products in premium environments in both the display and video sectors. This will be launched with a prominent engagement and performance (PEP) format, an audience driven advertising innovation with native features.

ProSiebenSat.1 will contribute its extensive inventory, marketed by SevenOne Media, to the partnership. More than 30 million unique users can currently be reached via its proprietary platforms and clients. Within the cooperation, Zalando Media Solutions will make available its Premium Audience segments consisting of around 19 million active customers. Furthermore, both partners we be putting their expertise in the ad tech field into the cooperation. Here, ProSiebenSat.1 can rely on the skills of Virtual Minds, in which the company has held an investment since 2015.
