ProSiebenSat.1 Group and Vodafone conclude IPTV contract

Contract includes free-TV and pay-TV channels of the Group
ProSieben, kabel eins and SAT.1 receivable for the first time in HD via IPTV

Munich, 16 February 2011. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group entered into a contract with Vodafone Deutschland concerning the distribution of their programmes via IPTV. The free-TV and pay-TV channels of Germany's leading TV company will be distributed via the DSL cable network of the telecommunication provider, who is launching a new offer under the brand name "Vodafone TV". The channels SAT.1, ProSieben, kabel eins, 9Live and sixx, as well as the pay-TV channels Sat.1 Comedy and kabel eins classics are thus part of the free-TV and pay-TV package of "Vodafone TV". The contract also includes the HDTV channels SAT.1 HD, ProSieben HD and kabel eins HD. The launch of Vodafone's new IPTV offer takes place on 17 February 2011.
