ProSiebenSat.1 Group signs contract with Spyglass Entertainment

TV corporation acquires all German-language TV rights to future productions of successful Hollywood studio

Munich, January 12, 2005. The new ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG Web site debuts today. At ProSiebenSat1.com, journalists, analysts, shareholders and anyone else who is interested can find more detailed information on the Company than ever before. A clear structure and user-friendly navigation emphasize the sites objective, service-oriented approach, and quickly lead users wherever they want to go. The television-related imagery at the head of the page, complete with pixel effects, provides emotional appeal.

The Research and Investor Relations areas, in particular, have been expanded. For example, the Research item on the menu takes users to current TV audience data. The Analysis Tool enables users to compile audience shares individually by time period, age group and station, and download them as Excel tables, all at the click of a mouse. The Investor Relations area provides a general view of the Companys stock and bonds, as well as a clearly organized survey of key financial figures, financial reports, information on shareholders meetings and conferences for both investors and the financial press. Users can also compare ProSiebenSat.1 stock with all the other important European media stocks.

The new Press Center includes an extensive full-text search capability. Digital press folders are also now available. A central Download Center provides photos, logos and audio/video material, making it easier for journalists to search for images and text. The Careers section of the menu offers job seekers not just current openings, but extensive practical examples of job profiles, courses of training, volunteer positions and internships at the ProSiebenSat.1 Group.
