ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland Congratulates Winners on Their “Blue Panthers”
Munich, May 4, 2012. Outstanding! Actress Anja
Kling and producers Andreas Bareiss, Sven Burgemeister, Rüdiger
Heinze and Stefan Sporbert walked off with the "Blue Panther" this
evening at the 24th Bavarian Television Prize awards
ceremony at Munich's Prinzregententheater.
Anja Kling won the acting award in the "Series" category for her
role in the first part of the SAT.1 series "Hannah Mangold &
Lucy Palm." The jury's summary: "Whether in panic, fear, timidity,
agonies of conscience, self-reproach, self-doubt, rage, or reviving
self-confidence - Anja Kling ranges across the full keyboard of
emotions with bravura and the greatest ease."
Andreas Bareiss and Sven Burgemeister took the "Blue Panther" in
the "Series" category as the producers of the SAT.1 screen
adaptation of the best-seller "Die Rache der Wanderhure." The
jury's reasons: "… The producers' achievement can be considered
outstanding in every regard: in script, execution, casting, crew,
high-quality set design, and in the choice of motifs and costumes,
Bareiss and Burgemeister show a sure sense of what makes the
'Wanderhure' stand out for her watchers, who want to be carried off
to another world by the film treatment as much as by the novels…
"
For the seventh time in a row, producers Rüdiger Heinze and
Stefan Sporbert (Zum Goldenen Lamm Filmproduktion) received the LfA
Förderbank Bayern newcomers' prize, this time for the ProSieben
movie "Schreie der Vergessenen." "In this film, however, they
reached for the stars in content and form, and especially in
production technique - and they got there," lauded the jury.
Said Jürgen Hörner, Managing Director of ProSiebenSat.1 TV
Deutschland: "Our warm congratulations to our prize winners. Anja
Kling vanishes into the role of Hannah Mangold as though into a
second skin, and was rightly recognized by the jury - I'm already
looking forward to the second part of the series on SAT.1.
Well-deserved congratulations as well to producers Andreas Bareiss
and Sven Burgemeister, whose 'Die Rache der Wanderhure' enticed
millions of viewers for the second time, at the end of February,
into the raw, highly emotional world of the Middle Ages - a success
that they'll surely continue with Part Three. Deep commitment and
even deeper talent deserves to be rewarded. Thank you to the jury
for awarding the newcomers' prize to Rüdiger Heinze and Stefan
Sporbert for their production of the ProSieben mystery thriller
'Schreie der Vergessenen.'"
