SevenOne International Sells Smash Hit Game Show My Man Can to the Netherlands, Denmark and Belgium

RedArrow Entertainment will form a central production hub in Cologne

Munich/Cannes, April 5, 2011. SevenOne International has sold the production rights of the popular game show My Man Can to VT4 in Belgium, SBS6 in the Netherlands, and SBS in Denmark. Airing prime-time on Jiang Su Satellite Channel, the game show is a smash hit in China and was the most successful foreign entertainment adaptation in 2010. RedArrow Entertainment has created a central production hub in the My Man Can studios of SAT.1 in Cologne where RedSeven Entertainment is currently producing the show for SAT.1 and SULTAN SUSHI for SBS6 and VT4. The second season on SAT.1 will launch in Germany on May, 20th prime time. In Denmark, Snowman Productions will produce for SBS. "This show is a blast! In Germany, My Man Can was one of the most successful shows launched last year. Given its popularity in China and many other countries, we are sure it will delight viewers in the Netherlands, Denmark and Belgium as well," says Henrik Pabst, Director International Format Acquisition / Regional Sales Director Benelux & Scandinavia of SevenOne International. My Man Can
In My Man Can (produced by Redseven Entertainment) four women gamble with the abilities their partners possess - and put the men's courage and skills to the test. She sits at a gambling table and bets her rivals that her man can accomplish certain tasks. He waits helplessly in a soundproof cubicle, waiting to hear the task his wife has accepted on his behalf. Each of the women is given 100 gambling chips which she uses to bet on her partner's performance in each round of the game. If she has claimed "My Man Can" eat 20 chili peppers, he has to do so. If he performs the task, she wins the jackpot. SevenOne International
