Invoices in ZUGFeRD format are a special type of electronic invoice that offers even greater quality and efficiency than e-invoicing.

HOW THE ZUGFERD PROCESS WORKS

1. Enhancement of the PDF invoice with an additionally integrated XML file with structured invoice data

2. Transmission of the ZUGFeRD invoice to the e-invoice inbox of the relevant P7S1 company

3. Automatic access to the invoice data and direct transfer of the information to our invoice receipt system

4. Avoidance of time-consuming and erroneous interpretation of invoice content

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN P7S1’S ZUGFERD PROCESS?

Your invoicing can be switched to ZUGFeRD immediately. The only prerequisite for participation in the ZUGFeRD process is successful registration for e-invoicing. Further information and advice can be found on our e-invoicing page.
