Axel Salzmann as New CFO at ProSiebenSat.1

Munich, April 23, 2008. Axel Salzmann, 49, will take over the position of Chief
Financial Officer for the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on June 11, 2008 and he
will be responsible for group financial control, finance and investor relations,
legal affairs, regulatory affairs and administration. Axel Salzmann will succeed
Lothar Lanz, 59, who decided not to renew his contract this year and will be
leaving the company effective directly after the shareholders meeting on June
10, 2008.

Axel Salzmann has a degree in industrial engineering from the University of
Hamburg. He held various offices with the Philips Group from 1987 to 2001. In
1994 he was appointed CFO of a home appliance subsidiary, Philips Elektro
Hausgeräte. From 1996 to 2001 he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
and Head of IT at Philips Medical Systems Germany and Eastern Europe.
From 2002 to 2007 he was CFO and Vice-CEO at O2 Germany.
