Change in Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG

Munich, May 13, 2005. The Shareholders' Meeting of the ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG has elected two new members of the Supervisory Board. As of today Joshua Steiner, managing principal of Quadrangle Group, New York, and Arieh Saban, media professional, Herzelia, Israel, have been appointed to the Supervisory Board. Joshua Steiner succeeds Steven Rattner, Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group, New York, who has resigned his seat. Arieh Saban succeeds Tony Ball, consultant, Barcelona, who also resigned his seat in the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

Under the chairmanship of Haim Saban, the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG also comprises Adam Chesnoff (Vice-chairman), John P. Connaughton, Albert J. Dobron Jr., Dr. Mathias Döpfner, Greg Dyke, Patrick Healy, Ynon Kreiz, Seth W. Lawry, Christian Nienhaus, Stephen G. Pagliuca, Brian Powers and Scott Sperling.
