Munich, October 25, 2004. ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG has a new member on its Supervisory Board. As of today Ynon Kreiz, who has been elected by the shareholder's meeting as supplementary member, is to sit on the board. Ynon Kreiz succeeds Dr. Michael Jaffé, who has resigned his seat after KirchMedia sold its remaining shares in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. Ynon Kreiz is a London based media investor.

Under the chairmanship of Haim Saban, the Supervisory Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG also comprises Adam Chesnoff (vice-chairman), Tony Ball, John P. Connaughton, Albert J. Dobron Jr., Dr. Mathias Döpfner, Greg Dyke, Patrick Healy, Seth W. Lawry, Christian Nienhaus, Stephen G. Pagliuca, Brian Powers, Steven Rattner and Scott Sperling.
