SBS General Counsel Erik Moe to leave ProSiebenSat.1 Group

Munich, September 28, 2007. Erik Moe, Senior Vice President Legal & Business Affairs, General Counsel and Company Secretary of the SBS Broadcasting Group will leave the ProSiebenSat.1 Group after seven years with SBS. The SBS Broadcasting Group was acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG in July 2007. As part of the reorganization and integration of SBS and ProSiebenSat.1 Group, SBS will close its corporate offices in Amsterdam, where Erik Moe was based. Conrad Albert, General Counsel of ProSiebenSat.1 Group, has assumed responsibility for legal matters for the entire ProSiebenSat.1 Group, including SBS and its subsidiaries.

Previously, Erik Moe was Vice President and General Counsel at Central European Media Ltd. (CME) from 1997 to 2000. CME is the largest television broadcaster in Eastern and Central Europe. Erik Moe also worked at the international law firms Sherman & Sterling in New York and Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC.
