Statement on Gruppo Mediaset stake

Munich, May 29, 2019. ProSiebenSat.1 has taken note that Gruppo Mediaset has announced the acquisition of a 9.6% stake in ProSiebenSat.1. Max Conze, CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE: “We welcome Gruppo Mediaset’s investment and see this as a vote of confidence in our strategy and the team.”
