Maria Kyriacou holds a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in economics and geography from University College London. She also trained as an auditor (ACA, Chartered Accountant) at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. Maria Kyriacou has around 30 years of experience in management positions in global public companies in the media industry. Alongside her executive roles, she served as an independent director on boards in both the private (Fat Face) and public sectors (WIZZ Air PLC and Informa PLC) for 10 years. Throughout her 30-year media career, Maria Kyriacou has been responsible for managing teams based around the world.
Maria Kyriacou also has expertise in diversity, equality and inclusion issues and corporate sustainability. She completed the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability’s Sustainable Leadership course early 2025.
