PROSIEBENSAT.1 GROUP

ProSiebenSat.1 is the home of popular entertainment and reliable infotainment and one of the leading entertainment providers in the German-speaking region.

With strong brands, well-known formats and a broad program portfolio, we reach people anytime, anywhere and across all relevant platforms. We closely connect our linear TV channels and our streaming platform Joyn with our content, distribution and marketing activities. In doing so, we follow a clear principle: Viewers and Users First.

To further advance the Group’s digital transformation, ProSiebenSat.1 has been organized into two segments since January 2026: Entertainment and Commerce & Dating.

Entertainment segment

In the Entertainment segment, ProSiebenSat.1 bundles its linear and digital entertainment platforms as well as its entire content, distribution and marketing business. In addition to the TV channels and Joyn, this also includes adjacent activities such as SevenVentures, SevenAccelerator and Marktguru.

Within the Entertainment segment, ProSiebenSat.1 covers the entire value chain – from program production and distribution to the monetization of video and audio content. A particular focus is on local and live content, which strengthens our brands, builds reach and clearly differentiates us in the competitive environment. We distribute our content across platforms – from linear TV and Joyn to digital formats such as podcasts.

The majority of our revenues are generated through the marketing of video advertising. Ongoing digitalization opens up additional revenue potential: data and technology-driven advertising solutions enable us to monetize our reach in a targeted way and offer advertising customers tailored solutions.

Commerce & Dating segment

The Commerce & Dating segment combines the Group’s former commerce investments with the previous Dating & Video business. This includes brands such as flaconi, Jochen Schweizer mydays and Aroundhome, as well as dating and video platforms such as Parship, eharmony, LOVOO, MeetMe and Skout. The segment is complemented by further digital business models, including AdTech companies such as Virtual Minds and the creator network Studio71 in the United States.

With this structure, ProSiebenSat.1 pursues a value-optimizing portfolio strategy: the Commerce & Dating segment is actively developed to create value and realize it over time, while the Group’s strategic focus clearly remains on its core business Entertainment.

PanEuropean media network

Since September 2025, MFEMEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. (MFE) has been the majority shareholder of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. As part of a pan-European media network with a clear focus on advertising-financed entertainment, this strengthens our position in the German speaking region and opens up additional opportunities for cooperation, scaling and technological development.

Partnerships as a success factor

Partnerships are a central component of our value creation. Alongside longstanding collaborations with international content providers, we are selectively expanding alliances in the German-speaking region and across Europe. The objective is to jointly increase reach, further develop technological standards and strengthen a diverse and sovereign media ecosystem. Against this backdrop, our streaming platform Joyn is also specifically designed to integrate partner content.
