ProSiebenSat.1 is the home of popular entertainment and reliable infotainment and operates as a leading and independent media provider in the German-speaking region.

The entertainment business is the core of the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. The aim is to strengthen our competitive position and establish Joyn as a superstreamer and leading free entertainment platform for everyone in German-speaking region. At the same time, initiatives such as our newsroom, more local and live programming, and closer integration with our creator business are helping to increase the attractiveness of our content. Through innovative advertising products in the Advanced TV segment, we are consistently monetizing our reach and thus increasing the share of digital and smart advertising revenues. Cooperation with various industry partners is also an important part of the Group's strategy. Joyn, for example, is designed as an aggregator platform that offers content from partners in addition to our own content.

In our core Entertainment business, we cover the entire value creation process - from production and distribution to the marketing of program content. The marketing of TV advertising remains our most important source of revenue, while digitization is opening up new revenue potential. Through intensive market research and strategic partnerships in the DACH region, we secure our competitiveness and diversify the ProSiebenSat.1 Group's revenue profile.
