COMMON REMUNERATION RULES
At ProSiebenSat.1, common remuneration rules ensure sustainable cooperation in the development and realization of projects between producer, screenwriter, director and station.
Common Remuneration Rules
The Seven. One Entertainment Group agreed on July 1, 2013 with the Bundesverband der Film- und Fernsehregisseure e.V. ("BVR") and the Bundesverband der Film- und Fernsehschauspieler ("BFFS"), on June 3, 2014 with the Verband Deutscher Drehbuchautoren e.V. ("VDD") and on August 17, 2016 with the Berufsverband Kinematografie e.V. ("BVK") on common remuneration rules pursuant to §§ 32a, 36 UrhG. These rules, which are the first collective agreement rules under copyright law for TV productions, define, among other things, binding follow-up fees for productions commissioned or predominantly financed by ProSiebenSat.1.
The common remuneration rules are based on German law. Therefore, the original contract documents are only available in German.
