Luca Poloni has been Group Chief Operating Officer of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since May 2026. With more than 30 years of international leadership experience, Luca Poloni brings deep expertise in technology, digital business models, innovation, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining ProSiebenSat.1 in October 2025, Luca Poloni spent over a decade in senior executive roles within the European media group MFE – MEDIAFOREUROPE, most recently serving as Group Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he was responsible for IT, Digital and Broadcasting Technology.
He started his career in the marketing department of a leading FMCG company between Italy and France, before joining a top-tier strategy consulting firm, where he became Partner in 2008. In this role, Luca Poloni advised leading European companies on growth strategies and transformation programs.
Luca Poloni holds a Master of Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
