Bob Rajan has been Interim Group CFO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since October 2025. In this role, he is responsible for Group Sustainability, Planning, Finance & Controlling, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit and the Group's segment Commerce & Ventures.

With more than twenty-five years of international experience in transformation, performance improvement, and interim C-suite leadership, Bob Rajan is recognized for working with stakeholders to build and implement value-creation programs globally and primarily across Europe.

At Alvarez & Marsal, Bob Rajan currently oversees the European Private Equity Performance Improvement group.

Previously, Bob Rajan was a Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Toronto from 1998 to 2007. Rajan earned a bachelor’s degree in biophysics (honors) from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He is a guest lecturer for the INSOL Fellowship program, regularly lectures at restructuring conferences and business schools.
