Marco Giordani has been Chief Executive Officer of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE since October 2025. With more than three decades of leadership in finance, strategy, and corporate management at listed companies across Europe, Marco Giordani is recognized for his deep expertise in steering global media organizations and driving digital transformation.

Marco Giordani joins from the European media group MFE – MEDIAFOREUROPE, where he has been serving as a member of the Executive Board since 2000, amongst others as CFO leading the Group’s financial, corporate, and strategic functions across Italy, Spain, and other European markets as well as corporate affairs, investor relations, and compliance.

Prior, Marco Giordani was an investment manager at IFIL S.p.A. (Agnelli Group) from 1998 to 2000 and served on the Board of La Rinascente, supporting restructuring and value-creation initiatives for one of Italy’s foremost industrial and financial holdings. From 1997 to 1998, he was CFO of La Rinascente S.p.A., having previously held roles as Finance Director and Senior Manager from 1989 to 1997.

He began his career at Unilever Italia 1985 in finance and planning, after completing his Laurea in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan in 1984.

A 60-person in-house newsroom has been established for ProSieben, SAT.1, Kabel Eins and all digital platforms. This will be bundled alongside the existing magazine editorial teams under the umbrella of the Seven.One Entertainment Group.
