Good corporate governance is an essential part of a responsible, transparent and focused on long-term value creation management and control. This promotes the confidence of investors, financial markets, customers and business partners, employees and the general public in ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Our guiding principle is the most recent version of the German Corporate Governance Code, which was introduced in 2002. Many of the corporate governance principles embodied in the Code have been practiced at ProSiebenSat.1 for a long time already.
