Auditor
The consolidated financial statements of ProSiebenSat.1 Group for the financial year ending December 31, 2025 have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") as adopted by the European Union and the additional requirements of German commercial law pursuant to Section 315e (1) of the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch - HGB) in effect at the reporting date. The annual financial statements of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE were prepared in accordance with the provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) in conjunction with Article 61 of Regulation (EC) No. 2157/2001 (SE Regulation). Both the consolidated financial statements and the annual financial statements of ProSiebenSat.1 Group and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE are available on the Company's website, with the annual financial statements of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE being available from the date on which the Company's Annual General Meeting is convened.
Both financial statements are audited and certified by an independent auditing firm. For the 2025 financial year, they have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft ("PwC") with Klaus Bernhard as the responsible auditor and were each issued with an unqualified audit opinion on March 24, 2026. Katharina Deni also signed the auditor's report. Klaus Bernhard has been the responsible auditor of PwC for the PwC since the 2024 financial year.
A 60-person in-house newsroom has been established for ProSieben, SAT.1, Kabel Eins and all digital platforms. This will be bundled alongside the existing magazine editorial teams under the umbrella of the Seven.One Entertainment Group.
